Otoclean

Otoclean contains keratolytic, cerumenolytic, emollient, sanitizing and moisturizing ingredients that give the product excellent qualities for hygiene and care of the external ear canal of the dog and cat, keeping it free of accumulations of dirt, earwax or secretions.

Otic cleaner in otological solution. For proper ear hygiene, it is recommended to clean the external ear pavilion with Topp Ears wipes.

Regular hygiene in breeds prone to otitis, due to the anatomy of their ear (Cocker, Setter, Poodle, etc, ...), it is advisable to apply OTOCLEAN periodically.

An application is recommended every week, routinely, to keep the external ear canal in optimal conditions. Earwax control, bad smell, ...

In animals that have a large accumulation of dirt or earwax, an unpleasant smell is usually perceived from the ears. In these cases, apply OTOCLEAN in each ear canal every 24 hours for 8 consecutive days and space the applications (every 2-3 days) depending on the response obtained until complete hygiene of the ear canals is obtained.

Coadjuvant in the treatment of otitis: In animals with otitis, to improve the efficacy of the anti-infective or therapeutic products to be applied, it is convenient to clean the ear canal eliminating the accumulation of dirt, earwax or secretions. Thus, 30 minutes before applying an otic treatment solution, it is advisable to clean both ears with Otoclean.

Posology

Apply Otoclean in each ear canal of the dog or cat in sufficient quantity depending on the size of the animal:

• In large animals, apply one vial (5 ml) to each ear.
• In medium or small animals, the content of a vial can be divided between the two ears.

Leave Otoclean to act, without applying any other substance to the ear for at least 15 minutes.

The frequency of application of Otoclean will depend on the indication considered in each case.
