Shipments to Europe will be calculated automatically according to the items in the basket and the destination.

Rates are subject to a maximum weight of 30 kg.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provide. If you are not present at the time of delivery, depending on the shipping service selected, the supplier may drop off the package at a collection point closer to you. If the order is returned due to non-deliverability, shipping and return costs will be charged.

The delivery times of our products for mainland Spain are 5 to 7 working days from the day after the order is placed and paid for. For deliveries to Europe they are 10-15 working days. 

The delivery times indicated are approximate. In the event of any stock shortage or unavailability of an article, we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to deliver the product, we will cancel it.

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the deadline to request a refund is 10 days from receipt of order. In this case the shipping and collection costs will be paid by the customer.

Before making such refund the customer must contact our sales department within the period indicated via e-mail  to [email protected] or phone (+34) 679682982, where we will indicate how to proceed with the return. Any returns that have not been previously reported will not be performed.

To support the return of the product, the packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all accessories and documentation of origin. The items to be returned must be properly packaged for return. will not return the amount or perform any forwarding of goods, until it has verified the receipt and status of the product, packaging and accessories item being return or exchange.

The refund of the amount will be according to the method of payment by the customer. 


Once receives the defective product, Masdemascotas will send another. In this case the change will always be for the same item or reference. Only you will be billed for the first shipment, taking over the postage for the return and redelivery. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the cost of return and new shipment will not be borne by
