Dermosel shampoo

Shampoo for dry and oily seborrhea. With keratolytic activity, it regulates the sebace glands, defats and helps regenerate the skin. It is antipruritic and keratoplastic.

Indicated in dry seborrhea, oily seborrhea and seborrheic dermatitis.

Dermosel shampoo contains MSM as a source of organic sulfur, with keratolytic and keratoplastic activity, softening excessively keratinized tissues which allows their elimination.

It also has regulatory activity on the sebaceous glands, reducing the microenvironmental conditions that favor the development of yeasts and fungi, thus being very effective against secondary Malassezia infections. It also favors follicular drainage helping to eliminate bacteria (ideal as an adjunct to anti-infective treatment).

Dermosel shampoo also contains Salix alba, a natural substance known for centuries, whose keratoplastic properties help restore the epidermis and add to the properties of MSM. In addition, Salix alba has a powerful degreasing and antipruritic effect, which means that it acts as a regulator of the oiliness of the skin, favors the regeneration of the horny layer and normalizes a faulty keratinization.
